Length

15 weeks – for the Direct Entry Officer (DEO) Plan candidates and the Regular Officer Training Plan (ROTP) - Civilian Universities’ candidates

11 weeks – for the Regular Officer Training Plan (ROTP) – Military Colleges’ candidates

  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Communicate verbally and in writing
  • Lead Subordinates
  • Conduct Mission / Activity
  • Canadian domestic / international military relationships
  • History, heritage, traditions of the profession of arms in Canada
  • Canadian Forces well-being programs and initiatives
  • Personal management and administrative procedures
  • Maintain Standard for Dress and Deportment
  • Participate in Bayonet Fighting Training
  • Acquire Knowledge Related to the Canadian Forces
