Basic Military Officer Qualification
Every week, there will be inspections, drill and physical training, as well as the following:Week 1 – Saint-Jean / Farnham Garrisons :
- Arrival administrative procedures
- Leadership potential evaluation
- Rappel tower
- Maritime crossing
Week 2 – Saint-Jean Garrison :
- General military knowledge
- First Aid
- Topography
- Visit to the Canadian War Museum
- Visit to the Field of Honour in Pointe-Claire
Week 3 – Saint-Jean Garrison :
- Weapons handling
- Topography
- General military knowledge
Week 4 – Saint-Jean Garrison :
- Weapons handling
- General military knowledge
Week 5 – Farnham Garrison :
- Firing Range
- Field Training
- Topography
Week 6 – Saint-Jean / Farnham Garrisons :
- Battle procedure and Military operations planning
- Force protection operations
Week 7 – Saint-Jean Garrison :
- Survive under Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) conditions
- Battle procedure and Military operations planning
Week 8 – Saint-Jean Garrison :
- Pre-deployment exercise
Week 9 – Saint-Jean Garrison / Farnham Garrisons :
- 13 km march, casualty drag and trench digging
- Tactical exercise without troops
- General military knowledge
Week 10 – Farnham Garrison :
- Final exercise
Week 11 – Saint-Jean Garrison Garrison :
- End of course administrative procedures
- End of course ceremony
